The challenge
Oasis ran on walk-ins and a WhatsApp number managed by hand. Mornings were dead, weekends were chaos, and regulars had no way to book their usual chair.
The solution
We launched a booking site with service-based slots and automated reminders. Regulars book their chair, quiet slots get promoted, and reminders cut the no-shows.
