A two-clinician physiotherapy practice losing bookings to a busy phone line — and the concept that fixes it.
This is a concept build — a working site we designed to show exactly what we’d ship for a business like this. The numbers below are the targets we track with clients, not claims from a past project.
The challenge
PhysioCare ran on walk-ins and a phone line that was often busy during treatment hours. Patients called twice, got no answer, and booked with a competitor down the road. The clinic had no way to capture enquiries outside opening hours.
The solution
We rebuilt their site around a WhatsApp booking flow and added automated replies, confirmations, and reminders. Patients can now book at midnight and get a confirmation in seconds.
